By downloading, installing, or using O2Apps software, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our products. We may update these terms from time to time and will post the most current version on this site.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for their intended purpose. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our software without written permission.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them using a method other than the interfaces provided. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws when using our products.
4. Subscriptions & Purchases
In-app purchases, subscriptions, and trials are processed by Apple via the App Store. Billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies. We do not collect or store your payment information.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content within our apps and sites remain the property of O2Apps or their respective owners. You may not use our branding without prior consent.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Our apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
O2Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the software giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the product. Sections intended to survive termination will remain in effect.
